The New Year’s fairy tale gathered the best students of the district at the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha"
On the eve of the New Year holidays, a bright variety-theatrical performance "Baba Yaga Saves the New Year" took place at the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha" as part of the charity event "Our Children".
The audience consisted of students from the Orsha district – winners of subject Olympiads, creative competitions, sports events, and active participants in public life.
Before the performance began, the children were congratulated by honored guests: the head of the ideological work and youth affairs department of the Orsha district executive committee Maria Shmatova and the head of the education department Tatyana Yankovskaya.
The young viewers were shown an unusual story. The Snow Queen, who harbored resentment against Father Frost, was accidentally freed on the eve of the New Year. Her goal is eternal cold and the cancellation of the holiday. Baba Yaga and other heroes volunteered to confront the icy threat. Dozens of actors in colorful costumes staged a bright and large-scale performance not only on stage but also in the auditorium, creating a complete immersion effect. The battle of good and magic against evil and cold, of course, ended with the salvation of the holiday.
The actors' performance, large-scale decorations, and dynamic plot caused a storm of delight among children and adults.
– Every year, the team of the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha" creates an incredible festive atmosphere with New Year fairy tales. Adults and children immerse themselves in the atmosphere of magic, holding their breath, – shared her impressions after the event Maria Shmatova.
The holiday became a worthy gift for talented students of the Orsha district, giving them bright emotions on the eve of the New Year.
