The National Historical Museum of Belarus and the People's Unity Park are planned to be built in 2025–2027.
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed decree No. 50 on February 5, which provides for the construction of the National Historical Museum of Belarus, the People's Unity Park, and the creation of a permanent exhibition of the museum in the area of Orlovskaya Street in Minsk in 2025-2027. This was reported by BELTA in the press service of the head of state.
The museum has been granted the status of the All-Belarusian Youth Construction, in which young people up to 31 years old can participate, including as part of student brigades.
The implementation of the decree will contribute to the formation of a sense of pride among Belarusians for their country and a sense of belonging to its history, cultural and spiritual heritage.
