The real "Town" of childhood appeared on the map of Vitebsk in Bilevo
An unusual gift – a real "Town" of childhood was presented to the little residents of the Bilево microdistrict by the city authorities and a foreign investment company. The act of transferring the completed building was signed by the head of the education department of the First May district administration, Tatyana Kuzmich, and a representative of the investment company.
Built in record time using advanced technologies not only in construction but also in equipping with equipment. Environmentally friendly. One-story. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a door that easily leads to the playground.
– For the last two years, we have been trying to move away from traditional projects and attract something unusual, colorful, and more convenient, – noted the chairman of the regional executive committee, Alexander Subbotin. – We will choose the best, build the most optimal, convenient, and beautiful. This kindergarten is equipped in a modern way, it is very cozy. There is a swimming pool, sports and music halls, corridors and halls are also involved in the educational process. It even smells of wood inside! I think that at the beginning of next year, the kindergarten will welcome our little residents.
The new preschool educational institution is designed for 190 children, for whom 10 groups are fully equipped. Staff has been recruited. So the housewarming is just around the corner, – believes the head Tatyana Savelieva:
– All furniture, textiles, carpets in the kindergarten are of domestic production. We have a large laundry complex with modern energy-efficient equipment. In the kitchen, chefs will be able to prepare about 2000 dishes per shift. In the changing rooms, lockers with heating are installed, which will allow the children's clothes to always remain dry during the autumn-winter period.
All the space is a real children's "Town" with cottage-type houses, which have many surprises.
– Our company has practically created a new industry in the construction of Belarus – panel wooden house building. This kindergarten is built entirely from wooden panels manufactured at the Shklov paper mill, – said the chief engineer of the investment company, Denis Matveev. – They are easy to assemble and significantly reduce construction time. The kindergarten is energy-efficient. Its design provides for 260-millimeter wall insulation. On the roof, the thickness of the insulation reaches 600 millimeters. Accordingly, energy costs for maintaining the building are much lower. Already at the design stage, we tried to foresee the placement of all communications. If in standard execution in children's institutions separate bedrooms are provided, then here the area is combined into a children's group, and the space becomes twice as much. In the groups, there is a supply and exhaust ventilation of Belarusian production, which regulates the level of carbon dioxide in the air. A barrier-free environment has been created in the building based on the principle of zero marks.
In the play hall, mini-cottages have been built: a library, a café, a shop, equipped with wooden furniture. The walls in them are interactive, where games are encrypted.
We hope that our kindergarten will bring a lot of joy to the little residents of Vitebsk.
