At the third meeting of the deputy club with the participation of the chairman of the Orsha district executive committee Igor Moroz, and the chairman of the Orsha district council of deputies Inna Khomutovskaya, the topic of improvement and order on the land was discussed. Volunteers from the BRSM and the youth council, as well as the veteran active of the executive committee, participated in the work.

In the Year of Improvement, a lot has been done in the Orsha district for the comfortable life of city dwellers and villagers. The region resembled one large construction site. From early spring to late autumn, work was carried out on the construction of the Square of State Symbols, the Labor Glory Square, the reconstruction of the Smol'yany agrotown for the district's
