At the district headquarters in Orsha, work on improvement was planned for 2026

At the Orsha District Headquarters for Order and Improvement, led by the head of the district Igor Moroz, the results of the work for the past year were summarized and priority tasks for this year were identified.

 For example, the heads of road and utility enterprises reported on plans for repairing the street road network. Thus, the municipal enterprise "Orsha Special Auto Base" plans to repair almost fifty roads both in the city and in the district. The DRSU-181 has more than 20 roads in rural areas that are to be repaired, as well as two bridges. Some bus stops will also be replaced. Some sections of the roads towards Vitebsk, Horki, and Dubroŭna will be put in order by DEU-39, while DSU-7 has planned a major repair of the bridge over the Dnieper River near the village of Pashino this year.

Another topic for discussion was the activities of gardening societies. There are 80 of them in the district. The chairman of the district executive committee, Igor Moroz, demanded to bring order to the vacant plots on their territories and to explain to summer residents the norms of legislation regarding the functioning of gardening societies.

The meeting also addressed the topic of repairing and equipping children's playgrounds, as well as combating Sosnowski's hogweed and goldenrod.
