At the “Orshateploseti” enterprise, the results of the preparation for the heating season were summarized.
The solemn event summarizing the results of the preparation for the heating season and the implementation of improvement activities by GP "Orshateploseti" took place at the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha". Employees received well-deserved awards.
On the eve of the company's founding day, which this year marks its 56th anniversary, the deputy chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee Sergey Shurov and the chairman of the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian trade union of housing and communal services and service sector Alexey Yusikov came to congratulate the workforce.
In a solemn atmosphere, employees of GP "Orshateploseti" were awarded honorary certificates from the main department of housing and communal services of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the Orsha District Executive Committee, and the Orsha District Council of Deputies, as well as gratitude from the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian trade union of housing and communal services and service sector, and certificates from the enterprise.
Today, "Orshateploseti" is one of the main suppliers of thermal energy to consumers in the territory of the Orsha district and the city of Orsha. It consists of seven production sites, 52 operating boiler houses, of which 41 operate on local types of fuel, out of the total number – 39 are automatic. The networks under maintenance have a length of 170 km (in one-pipe calculation) and 11 central heating points. The enterprise employs 375 people. Over the 9 months of 2025, the growth rate of industrial output was almost 111%, labor productivity increased by 120%, and the average monthly salary at the enterprise increased by 21% compared to the same period last year.
– The modernization activities carried out in the past and current years for the boiler houses with the installation of more efficient boiler equipment and their transition to automatic operation mode have allowed the enterprise to achieve a positive financial result, increase labor productivity, average salary, and meet the established targets, – noted the director of GP "Orshateploseti" Pyotr Gishkelyuk. – The modernization of our heating networks using PI pipes is practically completed. In 2025, the replacement of heating networks with a length of 2.6 km was completed, and work in this direction continues.
This year, the enterprise has been included on the district Honor Board. This fact testifies not only to the professionalism of its employees but also to a high degree of responsibility and a desire to make their city truly comfortable for fellow citizens and numerous guests. Evidence of this is also the numerous certificates and compliance certificates. This year, the enterprise was awarded two diplomas of the 1st degree winner in the nomination "Enterprise of the Year – Leader in Energy Efficiency of the Republic of Belarus-2025" and "Technologies, Project of the Year based on the use of local types of fuel" in the housing and communal services category.
At the event, the best teams of boiler houses were recognized. Based on the results of the preparation for the heating season 2025-2026 among boiler houses with a capacity of more than 4 MW, the team of the boiler house in the village of Smol'yany took 1st place, among boiler houses with a capacity from 1 MW to 4 MW – the team of the boiler house in Vysokoye GPL, up to 1 MW – the team of the boiler house in the village of Zubovo, which also took 1st place among the enterprise's boiler houses. Among the baths and saunas of the enterprise, the best was the team of the bath in the village of Smol'yany.
Warm words were addressed to the workers who dedicated a large part of their lives to their native enterprise. They are united by their dedication to their work and high professionalism. For many years they remained loyal to their native enterprise, and today they pass on their accumulated experience to young specialists. Veterans of the enterprise were presented with flowers and memorable gifts.
During the solemn evening, the name of the winner of the "Miss Orshateploseti-2025" contest was announced. The intrigue had been maintained since October 17, when the event took place, in which five wonderful employees participated. The title was awarded to the chief accountant Elena Braichevskaya. The first vice-miss was the marketing specialist Tatyana Rudinskaya, who also received the audience's choice award.
The festive concert was filled with wonderful moods for the employees, thanks to the creative teams of the GDKiT "Orsha" and the Retro Women Trio "Pink Roses".
