A regional working group on legal education visited the Orsha Cheese Factory
Today, a meeting took place at the "OrshaSyrZavod" with the enterprise's staff and the working group on legal education of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. The visit of representatives from various agencies aimed to raise the level of legal awareness among employees and discuss current legislative issues.
Initially, the guests familiarized themselves with the production capacities of "OrshaSyrZavod", visited the main workshops, and observed key stages of product manufacturing.
Then, the head of the main department of justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Sergey Konopelko addressed the employees, discussing the importance of cybersecurity, with a particular focus on the prevention of cybercrime and measures for the protection of personal data.
Other specialists also participated in the meeting: the chief legal inspector of the Vitebsk Regional Trade Union Association Svetlana Suprunchuk, the head of the legal, personnel work and document management department of the land management office Natalia Makhoń, the head of the pension provision department of the committee for labor, employment, and social protection Elena Sadovnikova, the head of the organizational and personnel work sector of the main department of justice Elena Goncharova, the director of the regional center for legal information of the Vitebsk region Larisa Dorogova, the notary of the notary office of the Orsha district and the city of Orsha Vanda Demidova, and the lawyer of the legal consultation of the city of Orsha Erika Shturdymova.
The specialists discussed the procedure for planning and granting labor vacations, the pension provision system in the Republic of Belarus, as well as the possibility of voluntary insurance for additional accumulative pensions with state support, highlighted the topic of legalizing illegally occupied land plots, shared the latest legal resources and opportunities for obtaining current legal information. They also clarified the most pressing issues of legal assistance and notarial activities.
The meeting was held in a constructive and rich atmosphere, allowing the enterprise's employees to receive important legal information, while the guests got acquainted with the work of one of the food enterprises in the region.
