Which sites in Orsha did the deputy prime minister visit?

Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Yuri Shuleiko, visited the Orsha district on a working trip. Together with the head of the district, Igor Moroz, he got acquainted with the progress of the construction of a canning workshop at the OJSC "Orsha Meat Processing Plant".

At the branch "Savushkin-Orsha", the Deputy Prime Minister observed how fresh cheeses are produced under the brands SVEŽA and "Savushkin": feta, bryndza, Adyghe, mozzarella, suluguni, and others. He was also informed about the prospects for production development.

Another important facility that Yuri Shuleiko visited is a dairy farm for 1,200 head of cattle near the agro-town of Mezhevo, where large-scale reconstruction is currently underway.

The facility is already 55 percent ready. Construction and installation work is currently being carried out on all positions of this complex. The construction of the cow barn, silage trenches is nearing completion, work is underway to lay water supply and electrical networks, and the infrastructure and landscaping of the adjacent territory has begun.
