Colonel Ivan Viktorovich Chertkov has been appointed as the military commissioner of the Orsha and Dubrova districts.
Ivan Viktorovich was born in 1981. He has been in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus since 1999. After graduating from the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus, he served in the 6th Separate Mechanized Brigade.
In 2019, he graduated from the Faculty of the General Staff of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus. Before his appointment to the aforementioned position, he served as the deputy head of the military commissariat direction of the Vitebsk region.
