In Orsha, the first deputy chairman of the district executive committee has been appointed.

Yegor Alexandrovich was born in Vitebsk in 1984. He graduated from Vitebsk State University named after P. M. Masherov with a degree in "history" and the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "public administration".

He began his career in 2002 in the agricultural sector, then from 2006 he held managerial positions in the housing and communal services and construction sectors. Since 2018, he moved to the system of OJSC "Vitebskmeatmilkprod". From 2020 until his appointment to the aforementioned position, Yegor Djandrov served as the general director of the state association "VITEBSKPROM".
