The second stage of the district festival “ArtPioneer” was held at the premises of secondary school No. 13 named after I. I. Yakubovsky.

Its organizers were the Orsha District Council of the Belarusian Republican Pioneer Organization and the Orsha District Center for Creativity of Children and Youth.

145 representatives of the Orsha Pioneer Organization participated in the festival. Students competed for winning diplomas in three nominations: "Song in Pictures" (staging of a song), "We are the New Generation" (performance of modern songs), "Pioneer Movement" (performance of modern and pioneer dances), in two age categories of 7-10 years and 10-14 years. According to the results of the festival, the places were distributed as follows.

In the nomination "Song in Pictures" (age category 7-10 years), diploma I degree – the collective of students of Gymnasium No. 1 named after G. V. Semenov (leader G. Orlovich). Diploma III degree also went to the collective of students of Gymnasium No. 1 named after G. V. Semenov (leader E. Gaevskaya).

In the nomination "We are the New Generation" in the age category 7-10 years, diploma I degree went to student of Secondary School No. 13 named after I. I. Yakubovsky Vitalina Mankovskaya (leader I. Kovalenko). Diploma II degree was awarded to student of Secondary School No. 17 Gaya Shalom Polyakov (leader S. Glod), the collective of students of Gymnasium No. 1 named after G. V. Semenov (leader N. Maksimtsova) and student of Secondary School No. 9 Alisa Kadukova (leader S. Kovalev). Diploma III degree was awarded to the following students: Yana Koryago – student of Babinich Secondary School (leader T. Baslerova), Varvara Lobatsevič – Secondary School No. 3 named after V. S. Korotkevich (leader I. Solntseva), Bogdana Egorova – student of Secondary School No. 8 (leader E. Doronina), Vsevolod Pristavko – student of Secondary School No. 7 (leader E. Pristavko).

In the age category 10-14 years, diploma II degree was added to the awards by student of Secondary School No. 13 named after I. I. Yakubovsky Nigina Kushakova, (leader I. Kovalenko). Diploma III degree was shared by student of Secondary School No. 3 named after V. S. Korotkevich Alina Mokhnacheva (leader I. Solntseva) and the duet of students of Secondary School No. 9 Sofia Urbanova and Milana Gritseva (leader S. Kovalev).

In the nomination "Pioneer Movement" (age category 7-10 years), diploma I degree was awarded to the collective of students of Secondary School No. 8 (leader E. Shimko). Diploma II degree – collective "Sense" of Secondary School No. 13 named after I. I. Yakubovsky (leader L. Agatenko). Diploma III degree was shared by the collective of students of Secondary School No. 17 (leader E. Gaevskaya) and the collective of students of Gymnasium No. 1 named after G. V. Semenov» (leader E. Gaevskaya).
