Young specialists of Orsha: start, support and confidence in the future!

Orsha welcomes a new generation of professionals! This week, traditional "Days of Young Specialists" took place one after another at the enterprises and institutions of our city.

At the Orsha College of VGU named after P.M. Masherov, a warm meeting was held between the administration and the new librarian, Angelina Devachkova. In an open dialogue format, she received valuable advice and guidance from the management.

OJSC Machine Tool Plant "Krasny Borets" opened its doors to graduates, showcasing the heart of machine engineering - its workshops and technologies. In an open dialogue with the management, newcomers were able to learn everything about support and development at the enterprise.

At the SGTC "Zadneprovsky", they take pride in their guys! While Denis Sumnikov breaks records in harvesting, Danila Orlovsky won bronze in beach volleyball competitions! Active work and useful leisure - that's what our young specialists are about!

At the "Industry of Rings" (a branch of BELAZ-HOLDING), the team was joined by five new specialists. They organized a tour of the workshops and a meeting with the management to showcase the scale of production and discuss prospects.

At OJSC "Orsha Instrument Plant", the day began with a visit to the museum, continued with a tour of modern workshops, and a live round table where they discussed social guarantees and career growth.

At the production branch of OJSC "Savushkin Product", a meeting was held with the branch director Andrey Vasilyevich. He talked about the history and plans of the enterprise, and the young specialists received honest answers to all their questions.

At the GSU "Hockey Club 'Lokomotiv-Orsha'", the guys got acquainted with the history of its development and achievements, and communicated with the club management. Deputy Director, Podgol Mikhail, conducted a tour of the hockey club's departments. Young employees gained a lot of new and useful knowledge not only for themselves but also for their profession.

At LLC "Orshaagromash", the guys immersed themselves in the history and traditions of the plant, learned about economic successes and ambitious plans for the future.
