The Ministry of Information has joined the "From the Heart" campaign in Orshansk
At the Orsha Social Boarding House "Happy Longevity," within the framework of the republican charity campaign "From the Bottom of Our Hearts," Deputy Minister of Information Denis Yezerski congratulated the residents of the boarding house on the recently celebrated New Year and Christmas holidays.
A gift for the institution was a massage chair for the rehabilitation and psychological relaxation room, as well as books that will enrich the boarding house's library.
In an interview with journalists, Denis Yezerski emphasized the importance of this charity campaign.
– We all have the opportunity to contribute to a good cause, to make the world around us a little kinder, – said Denis Vladimirovich. – And this campaign is a wonderful opportunity to remember that true value lies in caring for others. The Ministry of Information has visited this boarding house before; it is a tradition for us. The New Year holidays are a time of miracles, a time when we need to give warmth and attention to those in need. Elderly people especially crave communication and care, which is why we are here.
Denis Yezerski handed a certificate to the director of the social boarding house Natalia Tetenko and spoke with the residents, seeing the comfortable conditions that have been created for them.
– Today, more than 200 people live in the social boarding house "Happy Longevity," – said the director of the institution. – All conditions for comfortable living have been created for our residents. Last year, thanks to the Ministry of Information, we began to equip a rehabilitation space. They gifted us a set of equipment – a device for making oxygen cocktails. Then we started purchasing equipment ourselves. Now this new massage chair is a wonderful addition to this room. We are grateful to the Ministry of Information and the TV channel "Stolichnoye Televidenie" for taking care of our residents.
