Lukashenko approved the decision of the President's Special Fund Council for supporting talented youth
The head of state Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree approving the decision of the council of the special fund of the President of Belarus for supporting talented youth. This was reported by BELTA from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
For these purposes, more than Br100 thousand will be allocated from the republican budget using the reserve fund.
The holders of the grand prizes with the title of laureate of the special fund are two winners of international music competitions - Amaliya Sukhan and Valeriya Bernatovich, who represented Belarus in the vocal competitions of the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk".
Special prizes have been awarded to 25 winners of international and republican artistic and creative competitions, including the ensemble of the Department of Choreography of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts under the guidance of Sviatlana Hutkouskaya, as well as the honored amateur collective of the Republic of Belarus, the folk choreographic ensemble "Suzor'ye".
The adoption of the decree by the head of state is aimed at identifying and supporting talented youth, creating favorable conditions for the further development of their abilities.
