"The results of the electoral campaign testify to the high trust of the Ecuadorian people in the path of development you have chosen for the country and the support of your efforts aimed at ensuring security and stability, enhancing the authority of the state on the international stage," the congratulation states.
Alexander Lukashenko noted that Minsk is interested in deepening cooperation with Quito based on understanding and respect. "I hope that your fruitful activity as the head of Ecuador will contribute to further strengthening bilateral relations, especially in the trade and economic sphere, and will give a qualitatively new impetus to the expansion of pragmatic interaction in a number of promising sectors," the head of state emphasized.
