"I want you to know, so there is no jealousy here. I asked the former prime minister (there are no former ones) - a young man, educated, experienced, to create a group in the National Bank. And there are such people in the National Bank - smart, literate, knowledgeable about the economy. And they should help in parallel with the State Control Committee. Because it is not entirely the function of the State Control Committee, you know, what it should be engaged in. They should inform me and analyze the economic situation. And everything is visible in the money. You are an economist, you understand," said Alexander Lukashenko.
"Therefore, without any offense. I asked Golovchenko: 'Form such a group in the National Bank for me, you are its leader and you must objectively analyze and report to me.
