Lukashenko confirmed Belarus's readiness to create joint ventures with Myanmar
Belarus is ready to create joint ventures with Myanmar in areas that are of interest to the Myanmar side. This was stated by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to the media representatives following the negotiations with the acting President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Chairman of the National Security and Peace Commission Min Aung Hlaing, as reported by a BELTA correspondent.
"We are ready not only to sell our products to Myanmar - we are ready to create joint ventures with you in areas that interest you. And to train specialists for the technologies that we will transfer," said Alexander Lukashenko.
The head of state assured that the Belarusian side will strictly adhere to the agreements reached in a timely manner and in full.
Among the priority areas of cooperation between Belarus and Myanmar, Alexander Lukashenko identified pharmaceuticals, industry, technology and techniques, science, education, and the military-industrial complex.
"At the same time, we noted that there are no closed topics in our relations. Our relations are not directed against anyone. These are relations in the interests of our peoples," concluded the Belarusian leader.
