Lukashenko signed a decree on insurance of the harvest of agricultural crops, livestock and poultry in 2026.
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed decree No. 437 "On the Insurance of Agricultural Crop Yields, Livestock, and Poultry in 2026" on December 17. This was reported by BELTA from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document approves the list of agricultural crops, livestock, and poultry, as well as the rates for their mandatory insurance with state support for 2026. In addition, the percentage of damage compensation for re-sowing in case of loss of agricultural crops, and in case of death (loss), forced slaughter (destruction) of livestock and poultry is established.
The decree is aimed at ensuring insurance protection for agricultural producers.
