Lukashenko signed a decree to raise pensions from February 1. They will increase by an average of 10%

The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed decree No. 33 "On Increasing Pensions" on January 20, as reported by BELTA in the press service of the Belarusian leader. 

The document provides for the recalculation of labor pensions and their increase starting from February 1, 2025, by an average of 10%.

About Br2.2 billion will be allocated for pension payments in February of this year, of which Br196 million are additional expenses related to the increase in pensions according to the decree.
