Lukashenko signed a decree aimed at developing mobile communications
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, signed decree No. 301 "On the construction of cellular communication facilities" on August 11. This was reported by BELTA from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document was signed to develop the infrastructure of telecommunications networks, implement new technologies, and improve the quality and accessibility of services provided.
The decree provides for the creation of conditions to simplify the construction and maintenance of cellular mobile communication facilities, as well as the engineering and transport infrastructure necessary for their operation. Additionally, it defines the specifics of accepting such facilities into operation.
