Lukashenko approved a draft agreement with Jordan on the elimination of double taxation
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, approved as a basis for negotiations a draft intergovernmental agreement with Jordan on the elimination of double taxation concerning income taxes and the prevention of tax evasion and minimization of tax liabilities. The corresponding decree No. 53 was signed by the head of state on February 10, as reported by BELTA in the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The Ministry of Taxes and Levies is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and to sign the document upon reaching an agreement within the approved draft.
