Lukashenko: Belarus is ready to increase supplies of necessary products to Nigeria
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, congratulated the President of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu, and the friendly people of that country on the 65th anniversary of independence. This was reported by BELTA from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"Nigerians can rightly be proud of the achievements of their state during its period of independent development: a strong economy, high demographic indicators, and a well-deserved authority in the region and the world," the congratulation states.
Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that Belarus attaches great importance to expanding relations with Nigeria. "I am convinced that the successful implementation of our joint project on the mechanization of Nigeria's agricultural sector opens up opportunities for active cooperation in many areas," noted the head of state.
The Belarusian leader assured that Minsk is ready to increase the volumes of supplies of machinery, food, and other necessary products, as well as to assist in addressing urgent social and economic development tasks to improve people's well-being.
Alexander Lukashenko invited Bola Tinubu to visit Belarus at any convenient time, wished him good health, happiness, and success, and wished peace and harmony to all the residents of the country.
