Logistics forum "Goods + destination = export" will take place in Vitebsk on November 20

The Vitebsk Logistics Forum "Goods + Destination = Export" will take place on November 20 at the venue of the "Vitebsk" concert hall. About 20 Belarusian and Russian speakers from various fields are invited to the forum. Participants of the forum include leaders of logistics companies, industrial enterprises, foreign economic activity lawyers, experts in international contracts, and representatives of the financial, insurance, and IT sectors.

There will be two sessions. The first one - logistics - will include discussions on trends in transportation development, prospects for logistics development in Asia and Europe, country-specific features of transportation, optimal routes and types of transport under sanctions, and their effectiveness. The second one - practical aspects without which logistics is impossible (formation of transportation conditions in the international sales contract, INCOTERMS and key myths in its use, pre-shipment expertise, as well as upon receipt of goods, insurance of risks of loss and damage to cargo, payments and settlements within the framework of logistics provision, integration of customs and transport legislation, nuances of law enforcement of the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods in the Republic of Belarus, conclusion and execution of transportation contracts, practical cases based on examples of arbitration court proceedings within the framework of contract execution).
