Leasing on commercial terms

In addition, the Company is ready to offer leasing on commercial terms:

• lease term – from 13 to 60 months;
• down payment – from 10 % to 40 % of the leasing item’s cost (including VAT) (the final amount of the advance is determined based on an analysis of the client’s financial condition);
• currency of the leasing agreement – Belarusian ruble, US dollars, euros, Russian ruble;
• leasing rate, % per annum – in Belarusian rubles, the refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, increased by 13.00 percentage points;
• in US dollars – 8.5 %; euros – 8.0 %, in Russian rubles – the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, increased by 6 percentage points;
• the leasing rates are current as of the date of this commercial proposal; buyout price – 1%.
• insurance of the leasing item – annual property insurance by the lessee (not included in the calculation of the leasing payment schedule);
• selection of the leasing item and supplier – the lessee selects the leasing item and its supplier. The terms of the supply agreement, including payment terms, are agreed separately between the lessor and the supplier.
