The Committee reminds citizens of the possibility of exchanging "Imushchestvo" checks
The topic of exchanging "Property" vouchers remains relevant for their owners, who have not yet decided on their use.
Currently, holders of "Property" vouchers have the right to participate in the privatization of state property by exchanging their vouchers for shares of privatized enterprises.
To carry out operations with vouchers, the Holder must contact the branch of OJSC "ASB Belarusbank" that performs operations for exchanging "Property" vouchers; for residents of Vitebsk, this branch is located at 9 Smolenskaya Street.

To exchange, it is necessary to present a passport and voucher certificate.
If a citizen has lost the "Property" voucher certificate, it can be restored at the bank branch by issuing a duplicate.
Bank employees will assist with the preparation of all necessary documents.
Currently, shares of 150 open joint-stock companies engaged in various fields of production and services are offered for exchange for "Property" vouchers.
By purchasing shares, a citizen becomes a shareholder and, in accordance with the law, has the right to participate in the management of the company, receive information about the company's activities, as well as sell, gift, and inherit shares.
Despite the fact that the term for the circulation of "Property" vouchers is set until December 31, 2025, it is necessary to exercise the right to exchange vouchers already now.
