The staff of the "Yubileyny" agro-complex celebrates the professional holiday with good results
Today, the agricultural combine "Yubileyny" is a modern, highly efficient, multi-sector agricultural enterprise that holds a leading position in the agricultural sector of our country.
The large and friendly enterprise proudly celebrates its professional holiday – the Day of Agricultural Workers and the Processing Industry of the Agricultural Complex. Traditionally, they hold a solemn evening where warm words are spoken in honor of the workers of the village and deserved awards are presented. This year was no exception.
Yesterday, the City Palace of Culture "Orsha" was filled with an atmosphere of warmth and smiles. Honorable guests came to congratulate the workers of the agricultural combine "Yubileyny" and its long-time leader Alexander Firsin: the deputy chairman – head of the department of agriculture and food of the Orsha district executive committee Vitaly Vorobyov, the chairman of the Orsha district trade union organization of the Belarusian professional union of agricultural workers Olga Nikitenkova, who presented certificates and thanks to the best of the best.
Certificates from the Orsha district executive committee were awarded to the deputy director for crop production Yevgeny Vatsuro, the head of the processing, storage, and processing section of crop production Alexander Medvedev, the operator for artificial insemination of animals Ludmila Andreeva, the manufacturer of natural sausage casings in the meat processing shop Victoria Gorbatchevskaya, and the chief energy engineer Andrey Avsyannikov. Certificates from the Orsha district council of deputies were awarded to: the head of the MTC "Zubovo" Andrey Kazankov, the head of section No. 3 of the pig breeding complex Svetlana Voskresenskaya, the deputy head of the meat processing shop Roman Chervinsky, the operator of machine milking at MTC "Kupalinka" Vladislav Lyubenko, the operator of pig breeding complexes and mechanized farms of section No. 4 Ivan Kuntsevich, and the livestock specialist at MTC "Kupalinka" Elena Paigrai. Thanks from the Orsha district committee of the trade union of agricultural workers were awarded to the head of the young cattle breeding and fattening section Anna Maksak, the deputy head of the RMTK "Pavlinka" Ekaterina Fedko, the head of section No. 1 of the pig breeding complex Svetlana Fedosova, the operator of machine milking at MTC "Zubovo" Elena Gurova, the head of the garage Alexey Shvedov, the bricklayer of the repair and construction shop Ivan Isaev, the operator for veterinary treatment of animals in section No. 4 of the pig breeding complex Mikhail Pertsev, and the head of the cafeteria Olga Tikhomirova.
On this professional holiday, the director of OAO "Agrocombine "Yubileyny" Alexander Firsin warmly congratulated his colleagues. He emphasized that the Day of Agricultural Workers is a significant holiday for agrarians:
– For our team, it is significant because we stand on the front line of the food security of the country. And as the Head of State said, agriculture is the foundation of the economy of Belarus. We are a sector that has made its mark in terms of foreign currency inflows into the Republic of Belarus, and the products that are renowned not only here but also beyond its borders have received deserved recognition. And all of this is due to our hard work, which is difficult to assess with certificates and awards, – said Alexander Vladimirovich. – To have bread on the table, one must work very responsibly and competently.
The leader noted that even on the holiday, not all employees of the enterprise could come, as many were at their posts. The corn harvest is still ongoing, and agrarians are literally fighting for every ton and hectare. Workers in livestock and pig farming are also at their workplaces.
– A lot of strength, energy, and health are invested in bread, meat, and milk, – said Alexander Firsin. – But the most important thing is that we know how to work, we know how to achieve results. And all this is because good, knowledgeable, and responsible people work at our combine. A thousand people who gathered under the flag of the agricultural combine "Yubileyny" are, in fact, heroes. The work of each of you is invaluable; it is a true feat.
Summarizing the results of the work over the past five years, the leader announced some figures:
– During this time, we have increased by three thousand hectares of arable land, and we have tripled our milk production. Only in a year, this is 52 thousand tons! In the harvest season, we collected 54 thousand tons of grain crops and rapeseed, which is 4 thousand tons more than last year. And we have doubled this indicator over the five-year period! This is how our well-being and successes are formed!
Also, over the past five years, the enterprise has seriously approached the renewal and increase of production assets. The appearance of the enterprise is changing, production facilities are being modernized, and advanced technologies are being implemented in almost all technological processes at the combine.
– It is encouraging that our enterprise attracts young specialists who come year after year and stay with us, – Alexander Firsin particularly emphasized. – Our task is to attract more young, energetic, and initiative people to live, develop, and move forward.
Alexander Vladimirovich thanked each employee of the agricultural combine for their dedication to the village, the land, and peasant labor, and veterans for their experience, wisdom, and significant contribution to the formation and development of the agricultural sector. He also presented honorary certificates of the enterprise to workers who achieved high results this year. And to his deputy for crop production, Yevgeny Vatsuro – a loaf baked from the grain of 2025 to live in abundance. Veterans and young specialists were also not overlooked. Their director, Alexander Firsin, personally greeted them on stage and presented them with memorable gifts.
Creative gifts from the artistic collectives of the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha" and special guests – the gypsy show "Allure" – only added to the evening. They created an atmosphere of positivity and good mood.
