"Guardians of Heritage": Vitebsk honored the best cultural workers
This is how the famous artist and thinker Nikolai Roerich defined culture. How many more epithets and beautiful words do the people deserve who make our lives elevated, spiritually filled, and paint our everyday life with bright joyful colors? On the eve of the professional holiday, these words were spoken from the stage of the Vitebsk College of Culture and Arts, where the best workers were honored.
