"The recruitment for service in the bodies and units for emergency situations is described in the Regulation on the passage of service in the bodies and units for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 11, 2013 No. 22.

Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are of legal age and capable, based on their personal, moral, and business qualities, health status, and level of basic education, to perform the tasks assigned to the bodies and units for emergency situations are accepted for contract service on a voluntary basis.

For the positions of ordinary and commanding (junior, middle, and senior) staff, citizens are generally accepted who are no older than 28 years.

To consider the possibility of recruitment for service, it is necessary to contact the Orsha City District Department for Emergency Situations. Please bring your passport, military ID, work book (if available), and educational documents.

If a newly recruited employee joins the Ministry of Emergency Situations, they will be removed from military registration and, consequently, will not be subject to conscription for active military service. At the same time, to avoid being called up for active military service, it is necessary to serve in the Ministry of Emergency Situations for at least 5 years.
