June in Belarus will become a month of historical and cultural tourism

June in Belarus will be declared the month of historical and cultural tourism, said Ekaterina Goncharenko, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism of the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus, at a press conference, as reported by a BELTA correspondent.

A large number of interesting events are planned during this period. A significant event will be the cultural and sports festival "Vytoki", which will be hosted by Postavy on June 6-7. The festival will feature sports, cultural and historical, and artistic venues, food court and family recreation areas, a crafts fair, and numerous master classes.

"July will be the month of active tourism. We will present several directions. Traditionally, we hold weeks of cycling, water, and hiking tourism," Ekaterina Goncharenko said.

August will be the month of event tourism. Guests are expected at international festivals "Motal'skiy Prasmakі", "Shlyakh Tsmoka", the loaf festival "Bat'kava Bulka", and the holidays "Ivyevskiy Pomidor", "Annenkiy Kirmash".

"Overall, summer promises to be very productive. We see that the tourist flow is increasing," Ekaterina Goncharenko said.
