Inna Khomutovskaya held a meeting with the staff of OJSC “Mayak Vysokoe”
Meetings of government representatives with labor collectives of organizations and enterprises in the region continue in Orsha.
Today, the chairperson of the Orsha District Council of Deputies Inna Khomutovskaya met with the labor collective of OJSC "Mayak Vysokoye". The main topic of the dialogue was the presidential elections of the Republic of Belarus.
– Elections are a very significant political event for any state, as they determine the course of the country's development for the term of the elected President, – noted Inna Viktorovna. – Participating in elections is not only a right but also a civic duty of everyone. We determine together in what country we, our children, and future generations will live.
The speaker reminded those present that the electoral campaign has entered its most active phase and focused on the features of this electoral campaign. She also spoke about the political situation surrounding our country and the sanctions pressure on Belarus.
Inna Khomutovskaya emphasized that early voting began on January 21, and if someone cannot vote on the main election day, it can be done until January 25 inclusive. Voting stations will operate from 12:00 to 19:00 without a lunch break on these days, and on January 26 – from 8:00 to 20:00.
Many other questions were discussed, such as how to find your voting station, how to vote in another location, etc. Inna Viktorovna urged everyone not to remain indifferent and to participate in the elections.
At the end of the meeting, everyone interested was able to ask questions regarding the work of the housing and communal services, road repairs, landscaping of territories, and others.
