Inna Khotutovskaya was elected chairperson of the Orshansky district organization "Belaya Rus".
The Orsha District Organization of the Republican Public Association "Belaya Rus'" summarized the results at the reporting and election conference, which took place today at the base of the State Sports Institution "Hockey Club 'Lokomotiv-Orsha'".
The conference was attended by the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies and the regional organization of the Republican Public Association "Belaya Rus'" Dmitry Demidov, the chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee Igor Moroz, and the chairman of the Orsha District Council of Deputies Inna Khomutovskaya.
During the event, the results of the work for the first half of 2025 were summarized, and elections for the governing bodies of the organization were held, which allowed to determine the prospects for further development.
The report was presented by the chairwoman of the primary organization Inna Krachek, who elaborated on the key achievements and results of the work during the reporting period. As of today, the Orsha District Organization "Belaya Rus'" has 1,181 representatives united in 93 primary organizations. Special attention was paid to the active involvement of organization members in the public life of our district, as well as the implementation of social projects and initiatives. Inna Yuryevna emphasized that it is precisely thanks to the coordinated work of the organization members that significant successes have been achieved, which positively reflect on the image of "Belaya Rus'"; it is recognized not only in the district and region but also in the country.
An important moment of the meeting was the election of the chairman of the Orsha District Organization. Conference participants unanimously expressed their trust in Inna Khomutovskaya. This decision reflects a high assessment of her work in the council of the district organization and confidence that under her leadership, the organization will continue to effectively fulfill its tasks.
Dmitry Viktorovich congratulated the newly elected Council members and all members of the district organization and urged them to work actively – to maintain unity in our country, support peace and order, the well-being of citizens, foster patriotism and pride in their homeland, and support youth.
There were also awards. Igor Moroz presented certificates to the winners of the creative youth competition "Golden Pen of 'Belaya Rus'", while Dmitry Demidov awarded books "Our President" to Inna Khomutovskaya and Inna Krachek, as well as acknowledgments and certificates to the best primary organizations.
