State awards were bestowed upon 32 representatives of various fields of activity

State awards have been conferred upon 32 representatives from various fields of activity. The corresponding decree No. 68 was signed on February 25 by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the head of state.

Orders, medals, and honorary titles have been awarded for many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, significant personal contribution to the fight against crime, development of light, food, machine engineering, and chemical industries, agriculture, civil aviation, high production indicators, and excellent achievements in the fields of education, science, and sports.

The Order of Honor has been awarded to the first deputy general director for production organization of the JSC "Belavia" airline, Gleb Parkhamovich, and the chief mechanic of the Minsk refrigerator plant, Alexander Shinkevich.

The medal "For Distinction in Public Order Protection" has been awarded to the senior investigator for particularly important cases of the cybercrime investigation department of the main department of digital development of the preliminary investigation of the central office of the Investigative Committee, Maxim Karavaev.

A large group of workers has been awarded the medal "For Labor Merits". Among them are - engineer-technologist of the technical department of the Orsha flax plant, Irina Belyakova, professor of the department of hydraulic and energy construction, water transport, and hydraulics of BNTU, Vladimir Ivashchikin, and tractor driver-operator of agricultural production of the JSC "Kukhchitsy", Viktor Sitko.

The Francysk Skaryna medal has been awarded to the deputy director for scientific work of the Institute of Horticulture, Anatoly Krivorot.

The decree also conferred honorary titles of the Republic of Belarus.

The titles of "Honored Worker of Science" have been awarded to the chief researcher of the laboratory for the development of intensive technologies for milk and beef production of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences for Animal Husbandry, Mikhail Baranovsky, and the professor of the optics department of the Gomel State University named after Francysk Skaryna, Anatoly Syardyukov.

The title of "Honored Worker of Agriculture" has been awarded to the director of the JSC "Institute Belgiproadgroprom", Vladimir Grakun, "Honored Worker of Education" - to the professor of the biology department of the Gomel State University named after Francysk Skaryna, Grigory Goncharenko, "Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports" - to the dean of the faculty of health physical culture of BGUFK, Natalia Masharskaya.

The titles of "Honored Master of Sports" have been awarded to athlete-instructors of the national teams of Belarus in boxing and weightlifting of the Republican Center for Olympic Training "Stajki", Yulia Apanasovich and Evgeny Tikhontsev
