Registration Procedure

📍 Registration principle

State registration is carried out at the location of the legal entity and at the residence of the individual entrepreneur.

Orsha District Executive Committee registers entities (except commercial organizations with foreign investment participation) on the day of document submission based on the application principle.

Commercial organizations with foreign and international participation are registered by the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
