The head of the Orshansky district held a personal reception for citizens

The head of the Orsha district, Igor Moroz, held a personal reception for citizens. Residents of the region raised pressing issues regarding public transport, dampness in apartments, snow removal from roads, etc.

One resident of Orsha complained about dampness in her apartment and mold during the heating season. She has been living with this problem for many years and cannot resolve it.

The chairman of the district executive committee demanded to conduct an inspection of the applicant's apartment and her neighbors to determine the cause and thoroughly investigate the situation.

Another resident of Orsha approached Igor Moroz regarding the cold in his apartment.

– I am freezing. The thermometer shows only 16 degrees, – the man shared his problem. – Please help solve the issue.

Each appeal was taken under control, and deadlines for their execution were established.

The chairman was also personally handed comments from subscribers of the "News of Orsha" groups on social networks of the "Arshanskaya Gazeta". All of them will be analyzed and considered.
