Two more combine operators from the Orshansky district have become thousand‑hitters in grain milling
A serious struggle for the harvest has unfolded in the Orsha district. As soon as good weather set in, the grain growers immediately went out into the fields. Time is now the most valuable resource. The Orsha district shows high results in harvest every year. This year is no exception.
Today, two more combine operators joined the duo of thousanders from OAO "Mayak Vysokoye" – they are Vladislav Karpushonok from SHF "Smol'yany" and Maxim Sernov from OAO "Agrocomplex "Yubileyny". The chairman of the Orsha district executive committee Igor Moroz personally congratulated them in the field on this significant event. The mechanizers also received congratulations from the chairman of the Orsha district organization of the Belarusian professional union of agricultural workers Olga Nikitenkova and the management of the farms.
The grain growers were awarded diplomas, cash prizes, and gifts, and wished to overcome more than one thousand-ton milestone in grain yield.
By the way, as of August 4, 23% of the planned grain and leguminous crops have already been harvested in the Orsha district. The yield amounted to 28.8 thousand tons with a yield of 45.9 centners per hectare. The best results are shown by OAO "Agrocomplex "Yubileyny", where the yield was 61.9 centners per hectare, RPUP "Ustye" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus – 58.7 centners per hectare, and SUP "Zubrevichi-Agro" – 54 centners per hectare. The district has also harvested 60.6% of winter rapeseed with a yield of 26.1 centners per hectare. The leaders among agricultural organizations here are the agrocomplex "Yubileyny", "Mayak Vysokoye", "Teplichny", and "Mezhevo-Agro".
