On election day, voting at home is possible upon requests from voters.
If a voter is unable to come to the polling place on election day due to health reasons or other valid reasons, they have the right to contact the appropriate precinct commission in writing or orally with a request to organize voting at their location. The voter can convey such a request to the precinct commission with the assistance of other individuals, such as relatives or neighbors. No official confirmation of the reasons for being unable to come to the polling place is required.
The voter can request the organization of voting at their location until 18:00 on January 26.
