Revenue for 2024 from the use and sale of state property amounted to more than 37 million rubles
The amount of revenue to the budget from the use and sale of property owned by the Vitebsk region exceeded the planned amount and amounted to 37.6 million rubles.
This amount also exceeds the figures of the previous year (by more than 5%).
The main source was income from the transfer of part of the profits of state enterprises – 13.8 million rubles, received dividends on shares of enterprises – 12.4 million rubles. Income from the sale of property amounted to – 7.0 million rubles, from leasing – 4.4 million rubles.
The highest income from the use of state property was obtained in Vitebsk, Novopolotsk, and the Orsha region.
As a result of the work carried out in the Vitebsk region, 610 unused state-owned real estate objects were involved in the economic turnover and demolished, which allowed new owners to open facilities in the production, service, and trade sectors, create jobs, and give a second life to real estate objects, as well as restore order on the land.
It can be noted that in terms of involving unused objects in economic turnover and demolition, the Vitebsk region took a leading position among all regions of the republic.
