The delegation of the Vitebsk region is participating in the events of the XII Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus. The head of the region, Alexander Subbotin, visited the Vitebsk site at the Forum.
Business meetings were held with colleagues from Russian regions: the governors of the Ulyanovsk and Oryol regions, as well as with the vice-governor of the Saratov region.
