The decree on opening special accounts for construction organizations has been extended until the end of 2027.
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has signed a decree extending the validity of decree No. 126 "On the Opening of Special Accounts" until December 31, 2027. The document also updates the list of construction organizations entitled to open such accounts. This was reported by BELTA from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
According to decree No. 126, certain construction organizations in a difficult financial situation are allowed to open special accounts for accumulating targeted and current advances. To ensure the effective use of such advances, restrictions have been established on the enforcement of claims against the funds available in these accounts.
The decree aims to ensure the uninterrupted operation of construction organizations, including at strategically important and significant facilities, timely payment of wages by them, and fulfillment of obligations to the budget and the social protection fund.
