More than 200 thousand viewers and 15 million views of festival broadcasts. The results of the "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk" have been summed up.
The director of the International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" Gleb Lapitsky summarized the results of this year's arts forum, announcing some figures and facts.
A total of 6,647 people were accredited for the "Slavianski Bazaar".
Vitebsk welcomed guests from 44 countries around the world.
More than 200,000 spectators visited all the performance venues, of which over 70,000 purchased tickets.
To date, more than 15 million views of the festival broadcasts have been recorded. Approximately 5 million people watched the opening concert. Last year, there were representatives from 118 countries, and this year more are expected. This means that practically the whole world is following the "Slavianski Bazaar".
Representatives of Belarus performed successfully in the competitions, winning the Grand Prix for children and the first prize for adults.
The "Slavianski Bazaar" has received the status of a festival of goodness. Bloggers visited a children's hospital, and children from disadvantaged families attended the musical "Dreamers". Popular artists congratulated the newlyweds.
