"Arshanka" — among the winners of the creative competition of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

At the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, a solemn ceremony was held to honor the winners of two competitions organized by the police department: for the best coverage in the media and the internet of the activities of the internal affairs bodies and internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as for the best photo and video works on this theme (https://t.me/pressmvd/17369).

The winners of the creative competitions were awarded by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Dmitry Korzyuk, along with the heads of departments of the central office and the departmental veterans' organization.

The creative competitions for media representatives have been held for the 20th time. This year, the jury reviewed over 200 journalistic applications and nearly 500 from photo and video masters. The submitted works are distinguished by high quality, and their level is constantly rising. Among the winners of the competition in the nomination "On Guard Online" and "Arshanskaya Gazeta" for a series of publications on the prevention of cyber fraud.

Dmitry Mikhailovich thanked everyone for their participation, loyalty to the chosen cause, and constructive cooperation, wishing them further professional growth, inspiration, the realization of the most ambitious creative ideas, health, well-being, and success!

— It is symbolic that the award ceremony takes place in the year of the 80th anniversary of Victory in such a significant place for every Belarusian — the museum of the history of the Great Patriotic War. The celebrations in honor of this momentous event are still fresh in memory, including the motor rally organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs "On Guard of the Memory of the Great Feat!". Representatives of the department actively participated in the military parade, honoring veterans and prisoners of fascist concentration camps. Journalists covered this competently, promptly, and professionally, — noted the Deputy Minister.

It is also important that a positive image of internal affairs officers is being strengthened in society, and the level of trust in the police is growing.

— Your role in this is hard to overestimate. You tell people about our service in an accessible, interesting, and creative way, and you are our indispensable assistants in the legal education of citizens, the prevention of offenses and crimes. We must continue to work together for the benefit of our beloved Belarus. I am confident that this cooperation will continue to be built on mutual understanding, honesty, and openness!

Musical congratulations to the heroes of the day were addressed by departmental collectives and performers. In conclusion, flowers were laid at the stele "Minsk — Hero City". The informative tour of the museum also left no one indifferent.
