Апрель месяц оказался одним из лучших за последние годы по продаже неиспользуемого госимущества

April turned out to be one of the best months in recent years for the sale of unused state property

The Committee for State Property of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee held one of the most successful months for the sale of unused state property.

Three unused buildings of the former "KIM" factory, with an area of over 13 thousand square meters, were sold at auction.

The sold properties include a building for air conditioners, a dyeing workshop, and a five-story annex.

The total sale price amounted to almost half a million rubles.

The buyers were two residents of Vitebsk. In the future, this site may accommodate both production facilities and public service facilities.

After the bankruptcy of the sewing enterprise in 2019, this site remained one of the most problematic in the Vitebsk region. Over the years, it has been gradually developed by representatives of private business.

As of today, the only unused property remains the main building, which is currently offered for sale with a price reduction of 80%.

Also in April, a complex of properties of the Vitebsk Center for Standardization and Metrology was sold for almost 800 thousand rubles at 23 Tereshkova Street in the city of Vitebsk.

It became the most expensive property sold at auctions since the beginning of the year.

The sold complex includes the buildings of the administrative and household block and a material warehouse, with a total area of over 2 thousand square meters.

The buyer was a private enterprise located nearby, which will use it to expand its production activities.

In the near future, the committee has scheduled more than 80 auctions for the sale of unused state property, with most properties offered at an initial price equal to one basic unit.

In total, the committee has conducted 52 successful auctions in the first 4 months of this year. This has allowed not only to replenish the state budget by 2.5 million rubles but also to engage unused state property in the development of the Vitebsk region.
