Anastasia Prokofyeva met with the work collective of correctional colony No. 8
Anastasia Adamovna detailed the transformations that have taken place in the Orsha district over the past period. Among the key areas are infrastructure development, the creation of new jobs, and further improvement of the urban environment.
One of the significant projects currently in preparation will be the creation of a modern urban beach on Vladimir Korotkevich Street. Also on the horizon is the construction of new enterprises, which will expand the labor market and strengthen the economic potential of the region. The deputy chairperson mentioned that very soon residents of the district will be able to take advantage of a new kindergarten opening in the area of Vladimir Lenin and Vissarion Belinsky Streets.
Plans for the coming years include the construction of a stationary fast food restaurant Mak.by, and there is also consideration of creating a skate park for the youth.
The labor collective of correctional colony No. 8 actively engaged in the discussion and posed a number of questions to Anastasia Prokofyeva regarding the improvement of territories and the quality of communal infrastructure. Workers were interested in plans for cleaning the Orshitsa River in the namesake garden community, a problematic puddle that forms after rains on Mira Street, 63, as well as the installation of lighting on the road from polyclinic No. 6 to the village of Ponižovye. Additionally, employees raised questions about organizing an animal shelter and renovating the city bathhouse on Ostrovsky Street.
The meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere: representatives of the authorities emphasized the importance of feedback and assured that all voiced proposals and comments would be considered in a working manner.
