Административный корпус Белорусской железной дороги в Витебске и еще более 100 объектов предлагаются к продаже на аукционе в декабре

The administrative building of the Belarusian Railway in Vitebsk and more than 100 other assets are being offered for sale at an auction in December

In December, the State Property Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee has put up for sale more than 100 unused and inefficiently used state property objects.

The most interesting of them, located near the railway station square in Vitebsk and known to every resident, is the three-story administrative building of the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Railway, which is being auctioned off in December.

The building itself was constructed back in 1960, but after reconstruction in 2010, it has significantly transformed and acquired a modern attractive appearance.

The building included ticket offices for regional lines, which have now moved to the main station building. There is also a grocery store, a hairdresser, and storage facilities on the first floor.

On the second and third floors, there are cafes, a confectionery workshop, and administrative offices. Many areas, thanks to their favorable location, are now rented out.

The total area of the building is 2725 sq.m.

The estimated value of the object is over 8 million rubles ‒ this is the most expensive state property object put up for sale in recent years.

Since the beginning of the year, the committee has involved 125 unused real estate objects into economic circulation, which has allowed not only to utilize unused state property in the region's development but also to replenish the state budget by 3.5 million rubles.
