The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Orsha District Executive Committee is conducting preventive measures in the region from April 6 to 10 aimed at enhancing the safety of passenger transport by taxi.
During the event, traffic police officers, together with representatives of the Transport Inspection, are carrying out special raids.
As reported to the journalist of the "Arshanskaya Gazeta" by the traffic police department of the Orsha ROVD, inspectors are checking the physical condition of taxi drivers, their driving licenses, eligibility to participate in road traffic, compliance with the conditions for the safe transportation of passengers, adherence to the requirements for the internal and external design of taxis, and the presence of first aid kits and fire extinguishers.
During the event, traffic police officers have recorded more than 20 traffic violations.
