On April 8, in Orsha, the State Traffic Inspectorate summarized the results of the regional stage of the meeting-competition of young traffic inspectors of the Vitebsk region.
The bright event took place at the base of Gymnasium No. 1 in Orsha named after G. V. Semyonov and gathered 8 winning teams from the district stages of the competition. These are the YID squads from the Talachyn, Dubrovno, Shennensky, Beshenkovichy, Lepel, Chashniki, and Liozno districts, as well as the team from Babinich Secondary School, which represented the Orsha district.
The program of the regional meeting-competition of YID squads included 5 contests. The participants demonstrated their skills in figure riding on bicycles, knowledge of traffic rules, and providing first aid to the injured. Their creative potential was showcased in the contests "Educational (Cognitive) Program" and "Social Advertising Poster on Road Safety".
Based on the results of participation in all trials, the leading position was taken by the guys from the urban settlement of Liozno. The second place went to the team from Dubrovno district. The third place was taken by the YID members of Babinich Secondary School from Orsha district.
The final point of the competition was the awards ceremony.
We wish good luck to our YID squad from Babinich Secondary School at the regional stage of the meeting-competition, which will take place at the Vitebsk Cadet School at the end of April, where the best YID squad of the Vitebsk region will be determined.
