On April 17, 2026, at the building of the Orsha District Executive Committee (Orsha, 2 Alexander Ostrovsky Street), the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Viktor Mikhailovich Karankevich, will hold a personal reception of citizens starting at 1:00 PM.
Citizens may address issues related to the development of industry, including defense sectors, the energy complex, energy efficiency, the quality and competitiveness of industrial products, standardization, scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities, and intellectual property.
The personal reception of citizens is conducted by appointment only. Appointments will be made from April 6, 2026, to April 10, 2026, inclusive, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM by phone at 8 (0216) 56 38 32.
