Today, the trade advisor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of Bangladesh in the Russian Federation, Dr. Shah Mohammad Habibul Hasan, visited our city on a familiarization visit.
He visited the Orsha flax processing plant, where he got acquainted with the work of factory No. 2 and saw the entire process of producing flax fabrics from flax fiber.
–I am very proud and happy to visit the largest flax enterprise in Belarus. As a representative of an export organization, it is important for me to obtain comprehensive information about your enterprise, production capacities, and markets. And I must admit that what I saw exceeded all my expectations, – shared his impressions the trade advisor.
He also noted that natural fabrics, and flax in particular, are very delicate, eco-friendly, and important for both human health and the environment. Similar to flax, there is also a natural fiber in Bangladesh – muslin. Unfortunately, this crop has been almost lost, but with the help of scientists, steps are being taken to revive it.
Dr. Shah Mohammad Habibul Hasan expressed his admiration for the team of the enterprise, who, from ordinary employees to management, put their heart and soul into ensuring that the enterprise thrives and develops. He congratulated them on receiving a high award – the State Quality Mark, which is a well-deserved recognition of the achievements of the flax processing plant.
The flax industry of Bangladesh will soon celebrate its centenary, and the country has extensive experience in producing natural fabrics. At the end of the meeting, the trade advisor expressed hope for fruitful cooperation in promoting the products of the Orsha flax processing plant in their country's market.
Then the distinguished guest visited the Orsha meat processing plant, where he held talks with the management of the enterprise.
