On December 20 in Orsha, the district celebration “New Year Carnival-2025” will take place.
Teams from cultural, educational, sports, and tourism institutions, youth organizations, representatives of state and private enterprises, organizations, individual entrepreneurs providing services in the leisure industry, public organizations, residents, and guests of the Orsha district are invited to participate in the celebration.
The team composition must consist of at least three people dressed as New Year characters (fairy-tale, animated, etc.) with mandatory participation of Ded Moroz and Snegurochka, who must have a complete set of New Year costumes and attributes. The costumes must also include elements of New Year illumination (lighting).
To participate in the procession of organizations and enterprises of the Orsha district using a vehicle, it must be decorated according to an individual project. Various materials can be used for decoration: duralight and figures made from it, LED garlands, nets, and so on. The light-dynamic composition must contain New Year or Christmas symbols, be mobile, and operate autonomously while the vehicle is in motion.

Participant registration will take place on December 20 from 14:30 to 15:30 at the Orsha District Culture Center "Victory" (Vladimir Lenin St., 31).
Celebration program:
15:30 – team formation at the city stadium;
16:00-16:15 – costumed procession along the route: city stadium – City Square;
16:20 – ceremonial lighting of the main New Year tree at the City Square, concert program featuring creative groups from the Orsha district.
