May 1 – Labor Day: together we make the city more beautiful!
May 1st is not just a day off; it is Labor Day, symbolizing unity, solidarity, and the aspiration for creation. Within the framework of the Year of Improvement, this day takes on special significance: thousands of people take to the streets to contribute to the enhancement of their hometown's appearance.
Employees of enterprises and organizations, chairpersons of district executive committees, rural executive committees, activists, youth, and representatives of the BRSM join together for community clean-up days. On this day, work is in full swing:
Parks, squares, and yards are being improved – trees and flowers are planted, flowerbeds are refreshed.
Fences, benches, and playgrounds are painted.
Paths, building facades, and social facilities are being repaired.
Areas around monuments and memorials are cleaned, paying tribute to history.
May 1st is a great opportunity not only to rest but also to work for the benefit of society. Thanks to our joint efforts, our city becomes even more beautiful and comfortable to live in!
Happy Labor Day! Together – we are strong!
